  We've been coming here for years thinking that our shirts were getting dry cleaned, but just found out (from an angry customer in front of me) that they just launder the shirts. That explains why we often still get stains after getting our shirts back. Apparently they don't even spray the necks of shirts. Will never come back - I can do a better job washing these myself since our shirts are not getting the dry clean treatment anyways. Also the lady at the desk today (haven't seen her before) was very argumentative and unpleasant to deal with.
