  They need new management. No customer service, Rude and zero empathy.
  I have a 16 year old cat with hyperthyroidism. He requires 1/2 a pill twice a day. If you are reading this and have a cat you understand the frustration we go through daily. 9 mths ago one of the technicians handed me a few different sized flush syringes to sample and was kind enough to teach me how to dilute the pill in a small amount of water and use the syringe to squirt into his wet food or mouth. On Nov 6th i was hoping to find the sweet tech and ask for 2 new syringes. I needed to pre fill them for my 80 year old mother who was watching him while I traveled on business this week. The front desk receptionist and the manager, who was walking in on her lunch break, said no they could not sell two empty flush syringes even when I tried to show them his pill bottle prescription. I’m sorry it was lunch time but there are no excuses for poor customer service. I’m Grateful for another vet down the street and will never bring my animals to this location.
