  Giving 4 stars as Terico saved the day!! Friendly and professional. Would have given 5 starts but we almost cancelled my sisters policies with these guys because Althitia for some reason, never returned phone calls. Was too rude and weird. If she didn't want to deal with us, there is a more tactful way to have a partner take over. You don't just dis people like that!! Shame on her for acing you out of a star!!
