  The service here is so bad. I rent a mailbox here for receiving packages. The guy there even asked me how large your packages will be and how often will it be. Also at the beginning, I added my sister's name on file. But he still refused my sister's package. Generally, the elder man there is so unfriendly. Never ever go there for UPS service. If I could, I wish I can rate this place by zero star.
