  BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR...They provided, by far, the lowest quote for the job; however, as they say, you get what you pay for. From minute details to large aspects of the job, there is not one thing I can say they did well. We hired them to replace a retaining wall that had been knocked down when a car ran through it and since the quote was so low, we decided to go ahead and have them do some other work to the pool area that we had been putting off. This included concrete removal and main drain repair. In the process of removing the concrete, they knocked off or broke about half of the coping and tiles, damaged cedar on the side of the pump house, and destroyed the skimmer. They did pour a new skimmer after much negotiation (which looks like crap-I could have done a better job myself), but said the coping and tile damage was to be expected as part of the job. In addition, on a job projected to take 10 days, it took a month. Out of that month, the crew was on the premises 9 days. They completed the job today, but I can't put water in the pool because I need to hire someone to repair the coping and tile. The retaining wall probably looks the best out of everything and it is uneven with concrete seams that don't match the original. The new main drain is off center with the light and there is clay in the bottom of the pool from rain water entering the pool through the broken skimmer. I voiced my displeasure throughout the process to Eddy (the owner), but was always met with an excuse. I cannot imagine providing a service as poor as the one 1st Impressions provided. If I were Eddy, I would be embarrassed to have my company's name associated with the work completed.
