  The customer service from CHLOE is horrible. For the 2nd time, she has made an appointment over the phone for my children but didn’t enter it in the system. She does not take responsibility for her errors, but instead blames me. She is very incompetent. While I don’t have a problem with Dr. Peters, CHLOE is really making his business look bad.
