  I worked with this company to install an audio system and had a very unpleasant experience with a salesperson. I found him to be arrogant, unhelpful and not always responsive. He liked to name drop and remind that I was not one of his higher end clients. His attitude was unpleasant, he was not able to answer simple questions about the system and he did not follow through with requests for estimates. I have since moved on to another company to help me complete my automation project.
  
  I give two stars only because the other people at this company were great, they were helpful, communicative and friendly. I think if I had worked with these others from the start, I'd have a much better impression of this company.
