  The instructors at Atlanta Kick are phenomenal. My son has been taking karate for over a year now and has grown so much over the past year. In addition to the karate techniques, the instructors also teach softer skills through weekly "mat chats" focusing on values and character development such as perseverance, determination, self discipline, and bullying. Through the guidance provided in these mat chats, my son has been able to approach several situations at school differently, turning a couple difficult situations into opportunities to practice these new skills. This has been a huge boost to his self confidence...and he attributes his actions to guidance provided by Mr. Hampton during the mat chats! We have been extremely pleased with the instructors and the overall program at Atlanta Kick and we would strongly recommend it!
