  Food is normally good customer service can being can be lacking at times. I walked in owner was to engage in conversation to greet/speak when I walked in no biggie but little things count. I go to counter another person is waiting and I assumed the young lady was in the back getting an order together. But after a few minutes I started to get annoyed that the owner did not stop what he was doing to come see about his customer just standing there. And that would not have been necessary had he acknowledge my presence when walking in and simply say someone will be with you shortly. He finally did come over but said nothing to me did something with phone said something to gentleman waiting and walked off.. When I out to him called out to him( he didn't hear me)the customer was the one that said the girl is the back getting an order. Nearly 5 min later she comes out and takes order..
