  I don't believe I have ever had an experience quite like this one. I went to the location in Vinings last week to drop off about 6 dress shirts. When I got there the lady came out of the back, eating as she walked. There was no "hi, welcome! How are you?" She didn't really speak at all.. just proceeded to go through my shirts with one hand, still eating food with the other. Pretty unprofessional, but I can deal with that. She asked me if these were men's shirts, I replied with "yes, they are"… she printed out my ticket with a total price of about $7 and I was on my way. I came in to pick up a couple days later and the same lady was there. She saw me come in and once again didn't speak, just proceeded to the back to grab my shirts. When she brought them out, she was fussing about how small my shirts were and the fact that they required extra work because they wouldn’t fit on the machine. Before I could even respond she became defensive, putting the blame on me as if I withheld information from her. She demanded that I pay $17 and that if I didn't pay it she would have to pay the difference. She said “you told me these were men's shirts”, I replied with "they are men's shirts" so she proceeded to make comments about my size and how small I am. I explained that I didn't feel like it was my responsibility to pay more than double what was quoted because she didn't look at the size of my shirts. After a completely uncalled for and unprofessional argument, she told me she would just pay it and I should never come back there! I asked for the owners name and contact information, which she refused to give to me. I'm am absolutely dumbfounded at the way I was treated and how this was handled. I don't mind paying more to have my shirts cleaned if it requires extra work, but that conversation should have been discussed at the time I dropped off or in a professional manner at pick up. Attacking me and implying this was my fault was entirely inappropriate. With all that being said... I took one of my shirts out this morning as I got ready for work and there are so many noticeable creases, it is unwearable until it is dry cleaned again.
