  I think people need to understand the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist. I have both. Psychiatrists are medical doctors and are trained to treat mental disorders as such. If you went to a doctor for a throat infection, they would prescribe an antibiotic and send you on your way. It's very much the same thing with a psychiatrist. Don't expect cognitive behavioral therapy with a psychiatrist, that's what a psychologist is for. Dr. Suholet is very accessible and kind. I've seen him for many years. My prior psychiatrist was hard to see and usually involved a 90 minute wait in his office. I would recommend him to anyone.
