  I have experienced incredible results with Anofit! I have lost 30 pounds, but the most important benefit has been developing and maintaining healthy exercising habits without leaving my neighborhood! It is the perfect option for busy professionals and families as the time commitment is less than utilizing your traditional gym, and the results are just as, if not more effective, since the trainers are so focused on your specific goals and lifestyle. I started with Anofit’s personal training sessions, and I had great results with just two to three 30-minute sessions per week. The workouts were individually tailored to my abilities, and they were high energy and extremely motivating. Even outside of the session, my trainer was with me every step of the way: from sharing delicious and healthy recipes; giving me advice on how to work through plateaus; and great suggestions on enhancing my cardio workouts. Most importantly, he helped me develop attainable goals and provided accountability every step of my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Anofit and all of their programs. It was through Anofit, that for the first time of my life, I have been able to lose weight and keep it off!
