  Within the last week, I have gotten three documents printed here--text and image. I used the online service to submit my orders, which have all been processed quickly and timely. I really love the online service. Saves me time and gas driving over there. The interface is really nice--very easy-to-use and easy to customize your order.
  
  One time I got some color images printed on glossy paper. When I picked up my order, they asked me to confirm the print job was OK. Well, I didn't look deeper than the first few pages (my mistake). When I got home, I noticed some of the pages further down had smeared. I called them and they offered to reprint for me within the hour. Excellent customer service!
  
  Did I mention they have great hours? I am a teacher, so I usually send my orders in at night, and pick up the next morning at 7:30 AM on my way to school.

  David helped me. He was polite, helpful, and spelled my name correctly (which nobody ever does). Clean store. Great experience!
