  Decent place but they didn't have the game I wanted. When I asked where I could get the game they just said to Google it. Not very helpful for a gaming store not to offer to order games if your willing o pay for it.

  I have shopped at this location since its inception. In the past the staff and management have been helpful and knowledgeable. Not anymore. In the last year the staff at this location has had some turnover. I have bought and traded in games and systems for years, in the last year i went to this location twice and traded in an Xbox and a PS4 system. Both times there was a hassle, the first time they wouldn't give me credit because a controller had a sticky button that they accused us of damaging. I took that to another Gamestop, no problem they took care of the customer. Second and final time I will step foot in this location, I traded a PS4 I bought from them in September, all I wanted was trade in credit. A cord that came with system they sold me was frayed a little bit, the manager said they never would have sold that. I said I bought it from you! I am tired of coming into this place and being treated like this, they act like they are personally invested in this store. I took the PS4 to another Gamestop and guess what, they took it in and gave me store credit. I will be driving a little further to conduct business. This location at the Prado is wretched and the people are not knowledgeable. They also need to keep personal opinions to themselves, I have witnessed someone walk out because of it. Do not shop at this location.
