  I called in and was quoted a fair price on a windshield replacement so I dropped my truck off. They replaced the windshield, and it looks great but they managed to damage my dashboard pretty badly in the process. The technician said he couldn't have done it, but it was obviously fresh. I've driven this truck everyday for the past 10 years, so it was definitely damaged. They asked to reduce the amount I paid in an effort to build goodwill by crediting my debit card, but after 3 days, the credit still hasn't appeared on my account. The "accountant" was having trouble operating the debit card machine, which I believe is the cause of the issue... I'm calling back today to see what we can do to settle this issue and avoid small claims court. As of now, I'm not too satisfied with the experience and wouldn't recommend using this company for auto glass repair. Or at least that particular technician. I will say that the secretary lady was very nice and understanding.
