  Went into this store for a swimsuit. None of the suits in the store worked, so the owner suggested he could special order a different suit. I specifically asked if I could return the item, and he said yes. The swimsuit arrived and did not have any coverage up top as suggested it would, so I took it into the store for a return. I arrived at 10 a.m. and waited for about 12 minutes for a woman to show up and open the store. I told her that I wanted to return the suit, and she immediately asked if I was told I could return the suit. I relayed my conversation with the owner to her, and she said she would have to call him to confirm because the store DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS, ONLY STORE CREDIT. I paid $130.00 for the bathing suit, so you can imagine how upset I was that I could possibly only get a store credit on an item I'd never been able to try on. It took the sales lady a few minutes to find a number to call the owner. She explained the situation to him, and he said that I could get a credit. Things went south from here.
  
  The woman could not figure out how to refund me. While seeing if she could figure out how to refund me, she charged me an extra $106.00. I was pretty upset, and she started yelling saying that she had to do that to figure out how to refund me. I explained that this was directly linked to my bank account so stores shouldn't willy nilly start charging people's cards to figure out how to process a refund. As if this weren't enough, she then called the 1-800 number on the side of the credit card machine to ask them how to refund me. While she was waiting for a representative, the owner called her, and she told him she'd charged me and couldn't figure out how to refund me. Finally, after all this, she restarted the credit card machine and was able to refund me. I didn't leave the store until about 10:50.
  
  As far as selection goes in this store, it's mostly very girly items and not a lot of inventory. There are a few items that seem to be of good quality, but the vast majority of the stuff looks like it came from Goodies or Walmart with a high price tag. Would not recommend.
