  I will not be going back to this Jiffy Lube location and no longer trust the Jiffy Lube brand to provide quality service. I had to go to this Jiffy Lube a total of 3 times after getting an initial oil change due to my car leaking oil after the oil change. During the first visit (which was the oil change) I asked for regular oil to be used in my vehicle to which they recommended a different type of oil to be used. In this conversation I was told that if I went again their (mechanic's) recommendation, they would be writing a note on my receipt to ensure they were not liable if anything happened to my car since I would not follow their recommendation. I'm all for having an informed customer and receiving accurate information on what's best for my vehicle, but I could have done with the condescending tone and 'lecture' I got in the process. I ended up going with their recommendation on the type of oil to use. They finished the oil change and I headed to work and by the end of the day there was a puddle of oil where I had parked. The following days I continued to have oil leaking from my car. I took it back to Jiffy Lube a 2nd time. During this time they quickly looked at it and said that 'in the rush to get me out of there the first time' they didn't clean the filter and that's why it was leaking (which by the way, I got a oil change which meant I should have gotten a new filter--nothing needed to be 'cleaned' if it was new). I left the Jiffy Lube and by the end of the day, oil was continuing to leak from my car. After finding out that the drain plug was leaking and that I had already lost ONE QUART OF OIL, I took it to this location a THIRD TIME. They re-did the oil change, no acknowledgement of what the problem was nor any apology that they caused the problem in the first place. I am waiting to see if the problem was actually fixed and if no more oil will be leaking. Will not be going here again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

  THE MANAGER THREW MY REFUND AT ME AND CHASED ME TO MY CAR!
  
  Some places just deserve negative stars and this is one of them. I took my BMW here on a Sunday afternoon since I was going out of town the next day for work. When I called I was quoted $70 for a standard oil change, not synthetic. I told them I didn't want any other services, just the traditional oil change with regular oil and that my radiator had a leak but didn't need any fluid since I had some at home and was aware of the leak. When I arrived I dropped of the car and attempted to leave my contact information several times just in case, and they said it was not necessary...red flag number one.
  
  About 2 hours later I came just as they were closing and paid for my oil change and went home not paying attention to the bill. Once I got home I realized they charged me $120 for an oil change, and charged me for radiator fluid.
  
  I returned the next day and demanded a refund for the difference in the oil change I was quoted over the phone vs. what I was charged. The manager (some Jersey looking douchebag) argued with me for 10 minutes and said he could only refund me $5 for SOME of the radiator fluid since it wasn't "safe" for me to drive it home missing fluid. Mind you I live 2 miles away and my Dad taught me how to work on cars so I know every inch of this BMW and any issues it might have. The manager took out a $5 bill and threw it at me for my "refund." I took my receipt, balled it up and threw it at home and walked out with my wife. As we approached and entered my car the manager followed us to my car and started pounding in my window. I'm not sure how Jiffy Lube trains their employees, especially their managers, but apparently scare tactics is in the curriculum. Needless to say I'm never going back to this location or any Jiffy Lube ever again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
