  I believe the owner did my nails & I had to go back 3 times within a two week period because my nails kept breaking. The third time I went back, I was letting her know that they kept breaking and she did not want to hear anything I had to say. She just kept shaking her head “no”. When a customer has a complaint, listen to them and rectify it. Do not shake your head and charge them again and again if you see that it may be a mistake on your end.
