  The following review is in reference to an employee at MacConnell's Lenox Square Mall location. The employee's name is Carmen.
  
  Today, I was approached to complete a survey about bleach. A MacConnell employee asked me a series of questions and told me the survey would take about 10 minutes for $7 dollars. This employee was nice, cordial and professional.
  
  As I entered the office near the T-Mobile store I was literally interrogated and verbally abused by a biracial woman named Carmen. She has no people skills. Her tone was antagonistic and blatantly rude. She barked several times, "when was the last time I completed a survey". I informed her that I do not remember. The most I could remember was probably over a 1 1/2 year ago. Carmen insisted I tell her when I completed my last survey with this company and the subject matter of the survey. I was flabbergasted. What individual would keep track of the last time they did a mall survey? I made a good faith effort to explain to Carmen that something as innocuous and insignificant as a mall survey would not even register on my priority list. I inquired if she could locate the last time via my cell phone number. Instead of answering she ran down a litany of abuse by people who want a free lunch. YES, those were her words not mine. Carmen also mentioned she remembers exactly her first survey in 2000 and the subject matter. I have never encountered such a vile and ignorant person. The irony is that her colleagues were not shocked nor surprised by her crass behavior. I left the office because it was a waste of energy to explain to an ignorant person how her tone, words, body language and demeanor reflected in sheer negativity was not good for business.
  
  My review is a brief synopsis of what transpired because I have spoken to a contact at their corporate office who apologized for her employee's behavior. Suffice to say, sometimes when you choose an ignorant person to be your vetting dog aka face of the office for $7 surveys it will eventually negatively impact your business. There is no excuse to be rude.
  
  I informed corporate I will share my negative (IN DETAIL) experience with other residents in my Buckhead condominium. A little over 200 residents who are members of a private blog for goods and services in Buckhead use this as a guide of what to avoid in our community. Most residents work in corporate America. I have worked for a Fortune 500 company as a project manager for close to a decade. Someone like Carmen would have been terminated. You are NEVER rude to a customer or client. Perhaps, Carmen is only nice to a certain phenotype?
