  I have been coming to Midtown Tire for over five years. Today was yet another example of their great service. My car had a flat tire. I went to change it but couldn't find the special lug adapter to change the tire. Since Midtown Tire is the only service company I use for tire service, I assumed they must have misplaced it. So, I called and spoke to Neil about the situation. He immediately sent a tow truck over. He found the lug nut adapter in the trunk (that I overlooked). Of course, I felt awful about overlooking it, but Midtown Tire waived tow truck fee and had me back on the road in less than an hour!!!!
  Thank you Neil ! It's employees like you that keep customers like me coming back and referring others to your business.

  Dropped in this morning without an appointment to get a tire patched. Friendly staff provided me a ride back to work. Called within 90 minutes to advise my tire was fixed. They were fast, courteous, and helpful!. I will call them first when my car needs its next service.
