  I booked lash services with this company Feb 24, 2018 for services at 11a Feb 25, 2018 i arrived to the facility at 10:15 no one was present i waited until 11a and called the phone number associated with the company 8-10 times and left messages no response so i went to their instagram and left a comment that i had an appointment at 11a it was now 11:12a and no was there. Someine commented back that my payment did not go through! I quickly responded with proof the money was debited from my account she then asked did i want to reschedule i said absolutely not she said i would be refunded i said and if there was a problem with my payment why not call me to clarify the situation instead of just not showing up that is very unprofessional it has been a week and i have contacted her 4 times about my refund and she is not responding. This is theft because i did not recieve services.
