  I loved the place at first. Staff is nice and everything. Once you missed your payment, they cancel appointment. At least, they can give a call and let yoy know so you can make another appointment. Now I have to stick with the braces for over 11 weeks before they can change the brackets, and rubber bands. I wish they were more understanding when it comes to college students. We cannot just miss class like that, teachers are barely understanding. The waiting is tooo long when going to the office. I could’ve make it back to class and not miss classes, and beat traffic ( Almost an hour drive). I just wish they were more understanding towards college students.
