  No matter how many times they change the name or management it only gets worse. there are roaches, rats, and all other bugs. people getting shot, killed, stabbed, robbed, and raped. its dirty everywhere. when i first moved in the a/c didnt work. the apartment is spacious. something is just always broken. they are some crooks they gave me a $300 water bill when they eouldnt come fix the leaks. its also been said that it was because other people werent paying theres so they gave you other peoples. took them to court so i could break my lease and won. was only told to pay a certain amount once i paid it they still put it on my credit saying i owe them $1600. some drama is always going on out there. the whole place should just be shut down.
