  Zero stars if I could. I walked in, exchanges in hand, and excited to get new product!! No one greets me, but I brush it off as they were pretty busy. I get what I need and line up to be rung up.
  
  Here's where it really hits the fan. I explain to the bald, British, nametag-less cashier that I was exchanging two $15 mascaras and a $42 foundation for two different $15 mascaras and a $39 foundation. She refuses to return them both, so I re-explain, adding that everything was purchased the day before. Keep in mind I bought the $42 foundation with a gift card, and it could only be returned for store credit (cannot be used online). She proceeds to exchange the mascaras with no issue, but makes me pay for the foundation. I swipe my card, and then she returns the $42 foundation. Again, explain that I need to use the original foundation to pay for the new one. She freaks out and YELLS that I should've told her before, and keeps huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes. Who yells at a customer??
  
  I kept my cool as she called her (super kind) supervisor who fixes everything. Baldy repeatedly checks the returned mascaras with disgust, even though they were brand new in packaging. Needless to say corporate will be hearing about her abhorrent behavior, and I'll stick to their North Point, Cumberland, and Town Center locations (amazing service)!!.
