    We arranged to have the gas starter replaced because we weren't even sure it worked. Eric and Adam came out, on time, with great pre visit communications, and inspected the starter. They did not replace it - it was working just fine! We had them clean the chimney and firebox, and it looks perfect. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They were personable, worked quickly and safely, and didn't leave a speck of dust behind. Will recommend them to anyone I know that needs some fireplace/chimney service! Thanks, gentlemen - you are awesome!
