  Service at this store is horrible. The employees are clueless as to actual sprint policies. If you come here, make sure you get all promises they make you in writing. And even then, only come here if there is nowhere else you can go, this is a last resort sort of location.

  I went after 5pm to get help activating a new phone. The service was great, wait time non-existant. Staff very lively & knowledgeable. Phone accessories were overpriced though. But hey, it's a Sprint store. Parking was a bit crowded as well.
