  i went to this place for the first time for an individual instruction and the instructor was too aggressive and not willing to address my concerns about body positioning or position posturing during the exercises and treating the session like a group class instead of a private session geared to my level
  This is not what I came for, I came to workout hard and change, challenge my body and instead I felt abandoned because I could not right off the bat do all the exercises and when I tried to address the issue with the other staff member she was not empathetic to my concerns nor was she willing to contact the ownership, who has neither reached out to me to address them in a professional manner.
  Basically they were only in interested in money and did not care about my needs.
  They made me feel horrible, it took alot of courage on my part to try something new and challenging and made the experience terrible and inadequate.
