  I was expecting a package to be delivered to my house and received a notification that it was being held at the post office at my request after being out for delivery the whole day. By the time I got this message the office was already closed so there was nothing I could do until the morning. When I called in the morning I was told I couldn't be helped and hung up on before I could even ask anything. I was told to call back in an hour but I would have explanation on why first. Even a simple we're busy would have been fine. I understand that customer service can be difficult but it is still your job.
