  Dirty apartment and infested with roaches. I should have known better when I saw dead roaches on the day I moved in and the place was not clean even though the person that rented the apartment claimed he did a walk through. I'm disgusted and exploring my options. There are no excuses. I've had to take plenty of pictures and video for evidence. There have literally been roaches on the ceiling. There was a HUGE cockroach inside the large light fixture in the kitchen. When maintenance finally came 3 days later to remove it, he left a form reading that he cleaned "trash" out of the light fixture which was a blatant lie. It was a HUGE cockroach. I left the kitchen light on for 3 days. Consequently, there's no trust which is why I take photos and video. There is a strong chemical odor of Kilz primer in the cabinets so my dishes smell like Kilz. This is just the tip of the iceberg. This is not even close to luxury. The office staff is fully aware, but have tried to minimize the issues. They have "sprayed" several times and I've only been here a little over a month. A huge cockroach was in the bathroom this morning. I cannot invite anyone over at this point and I can't sleep. Anyone would be sickened by my photos and video. Find somewhere else to live.

  I now know that a bad review can be flagged and removed by Google because someone doesn't like it. I will now try to post pictures and video. By the way, I still have roaches and just killed a huge one this morning. I wonder how many bad reviews have been flagged and removed without the reviewer being notified.
  
  Update 5/2/17
  I have posted many pictures of roaches and dirt, etc. I'm not sure how long they will take to show up. The only one I see so far is of their "car care center" which contains a broken vacuum that stole my 50 cents. I will continue trying to post the proof of the condition of this "luxury" apartment, if not on this site, then on others. Go to google maps to see more photos. I will add more photos and captions later.

  I can't go more than a few days without seeing roaches in this disgusting place.

  I'm still seeing roaches and I spray and take pictures of the ones I can catch before they go scurrying off. I swear the bugs have super powers because they don'y die right away. I sprayed one directly and tried to take a picture, but he rose up and disappeared. No kidding. I purchased something from Home Depot and I'm hoping it works.
  
  Update 1/18/18
  Two months to go until I get out of this roach motel. Even though I have not posted in a while, I have continued to compile numerous photos and video of my horrible experience here. I will post them in as high definition as I can, including a slideshow, so everyone can see the full scale of what I have had to deal with while living here. I will also be posting info on other review sites as well.The office staff's nonchalance, rudeness and denial of the issues here has left a perpetual bad taste in my mouth. I'm counting down the days.
