  I’ve lived up the street from this Willy’s for several years now, and have gone there roughly once per week (depending on the season). I loved this place and their staff...until recently. Their daytime staff has always been so efficient, cheerful, and quick despite long lines at lunch, but they have had some new employees lately (who seem management and corporate-like) who have sucked all the soul and community out of the place.
  
  Tonight, the place was chaos with an average line but extremely long wait. A newer male employee was very rude, as if vaguely sweeping the floor behind the counter is more important than tending to customers you’ve kept waiting for an extended period, particularly those who are locals who have spent thousands there over the past four years and otherwise would have continued to do so.
  
  so sad to see it go downhill. I loved this location.
